The role

As an AirsideOperations Co-ordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Ensuring that the RAF can deliver a safe and reliable service in the operational requirements of the Armed Forces.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

  • Movement of freight/baggage on/off aircraft/loading platforms
  • Assist Royal Air Force Personnel in VIP escorting duties
  • Assisting RAF Movements staff in any other trade specific task as required.

This role is Full time and based onsite at RAF Northolt.

Essential experience of the Airside Operations Co-ordinator:

  • Stakeholder engagement experience on a Face-to-face level
  • Customer service commitment
  • Strong communications and an understanding of diplomacy
  • Health and safety knowledge

Qualifications for the Airside Operations Co-ordinator:

  • Driving Forklifts as part of the role and training on this element can be given so standard driving licence is required which must be clean
