Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors. The role involves acting as the public face of the security team, requiring professionalism and a proactive attitude. Main duties include:

• Delivering first-class guest-focused service
• Working as a team to meet guest needs
• Carrying out patrols and proactively assisting visitors
• Managing incidents according to site policies
• liaising with the control room and supporting colleagues
• Monitoring human behavior and suspicious activity
• Logging incidents and managing access control
• Adhering to radio procedures
• Collaborating with the Environmental Services team
