Location: Bristol

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis

Pay Rate: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour

Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors. The role involves acting as the public face of the security team with professionalism and a proactive attitude. Main duties include:

• Delivering first-class guest-focused service.
• Working as a team to meet guest needs.
• Conducting regular patrols and being proactive in assisting visitors.
• Managing incidents according to site policies.
• liaising with the control room and supporting colleagues.
• Monitoring human behavior and surveillance.
• Logging and reporting incidents.
• Preventing unauthorized access.
• Following radio procedures.
• Collaborating with the Environmental Services team.
