Job summary

Manchester Airports Group (MAG) is seeking a Project Manager based at Manchester Airport to deliver MAG’s retail and commercial projects on site. You will ensure safety, timeliness and compliance while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

This permanent hybrid role requires experience managing complex commercial projects in a busy environment, with APMP PPQ or equivalent preferred and strong financial acumen. MAG offers a range of benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex commercial retail and property projects.
• APMP PPQ or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
• Professional body membership (RICS/CIOB/ICE) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, timely and compliant projects at Manchester Airport.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to minimise disruption.
• Manage requirements alignment with business plan.
• Lead on third-party approvals (Planning, Design, Construction, Legal).
