Qualifications

• 10+ years post-graduate experience, including 5+ years on NEC contracts.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects exceeding £75 million.
• Strong grasp of NEC4 change control, forecasting, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project commercial activities with financial control.
• Manage Compensation Events, valuations, forecasts, and subcontract accounts.
• Drive cash-flow management and compliance with finance and audit requirements.
