Package Description

• 40 hours per week
• £15.75 per hour
• 4 days on, 2 days off
• Shift pattern: early (4:30-13:30) and late (13:30-23:00)

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with the BOH team to drive service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all H&S and Food Safety guidelines.
• Plan and delegate tasks before each shift, supervise, train, motivate, and guide staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage ordering of produce to maintain sufficient supplies of F&B and materials.
• Ensure presentation and quality of all food and beverages meet standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff, monitor performance, and coach as needed.
• Supervise staff punctuality and grooming.
• Seek customer feedback and communicate opportunities for improvement to the lounge manager.
• Participate in monthly beverage inventory.
• Assist guests with any issues or needs.

• Organized, with a passion for providing service with a smile.
• Self-motivated, flexible with hours, able to work independently and in a team, with hospitality experience.
