Job summary

Premier Inn in Leeds/Bradford Airport is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a part-time basis. You’ll help prep, cook and serve meals that are part of guests’ stays.

With 15 contracted hours per week, shifts include evenings and weekends, and you’ll be paid up to £13.06 per hour. This role involves breakfast prep, busy dinner service, keeping the kitchen clean, receiving deliveries, and working closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.
• If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
• This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
