The Programme Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction activities on multiple major projects within a defined programme of works—all within a live operational environment with values over £50m. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading construction management across all projects within the programme.
• Developing and mentoring the construction management team, setting standards, and managing staff performance.
• Fostering a safety culture through regular engagement activities.
• Supporting contractor reviews and monitoring compliance with plans.
• Ensuring quality and commissioning standards are met.
• Inspecting work for compliance and collaborating on engineering solutions.
• Supporting contractor onboarding and interface management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or equivalent in construction management or engineering; Chartered Membership is highly desirable.
• Minimum ten years' experience managing complex infrastructure projects valued over £50m.
• Experience managing multiple projects and understanding construction techniques and quality management.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with NEC contracts is a plus.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
