Job description

The roleAs an Airport Flow Lead you will monitor airport performance in real time and liaise with airport operational leads, ensuring that operations remain on plan and stable. Reporting to the Airport Duty Manager, you will work with the operations team to deliver a safe, efficient, and compliant airport environment. Responsibilities will include administrative support tasks and communication updates, along with interpreting data to highlight risks and ensure they are escalated and resolved appropriately. You will also be responsible for ensuring any incidents are communicated and addressed appropriately.What will make you successful in the role?We are looking for someone who is able to effectively review and interpret information and data and identify any trends, with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. It is essential you are able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced operation using a variety of computer systems, whilst being a champion for continuous improvement within the airport.
