Duties include:
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers and crew traveling through the airport.
- Accompany passengers and their luggage to lounge areas.
- Maintain the terminal and passenger lounges to high standards.
- Ensure the safe and efficient transport of passengers and crew to and from aircraft, either in company vehicles or by escorting in their own vehicles.
- Support and assist crew members.
- Assist visitors with requirements such as hotel/restaurant bookings, car hire, or ground transportation.
- Meet and greet arriving aircraft, whether with passengers or empty flights.
- Provide check-in facilities for large flights according to operating procedures.
- Facilitate arrivals and departures with government agencies (Immigration, Customs, etc.).
- Adhere to company values of Proud, Passionate, Ambition, and Together.
- Participate in volunteering opportunities to support the company's employer image.
- Follow safety, compliance, and environmental policies and procedures, including risk management and workplace behavior policies.
- Support ad hoc activities and tasks as needed.
Note: Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will work a 40-hour week on a rota, including some weekends.
About you (Essentials):
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Full 5-year employment/educational history.
- Ability to obtain a Criminal Record Check.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Farnborough Airport Driving Permit.
- Valid UK driving license or equivalent.
Desirable: Airside driving experience.
