Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Senior Short-Term Scheduling & Slots Manager in the UK to lead the publication and optimisation of our schedule and slot portfolio from pre-season planning through operation. You will protect and maximise our valuable slot rights while balancing commercial priorities with operational realities.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive KPI improvements through analytical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation scheduling or a similarly complex commercial environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Proven analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and optimisation of the slot portfolio across the seasonal lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with slot regulations and IATA guidelines to protect historic slot rights.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify trends to drive improvements.
• Develop and coach a high-performing Scheduling team.
• Deliver airline KPI improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Publish schedule changes to internal and external stakeholders.
