Your responsibilities include conducting maintenance, modifications, and repairs to aircraft structure and mechanical systems according to work card instructions and technical documentation.
You will actively support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or relevant higher education qualification
  • Experience in engineering within a maintenance environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team across various functions, demonstrating a proactive and flexible attitude aligned with business targets and company goals
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation
  • Enthusiastic attitude with good teamwork and communication skills
  • GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English
  • Good knowledge of H&S legislation and some knowledge of COSHH
  • Electrical qualification advantageous but not essential
