A leading engineering firm located in Bristol is seeking an experienced Airfield Civil Engineer to join their team as a Design Manager, overseeing complex projects in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in civil engineering and have a robust understanding of project management and communications. Qualifications

• Experience in large, technically complex multi-disciplinary airfield civil engineering projects.
• Chartered or Incorporated Status preferable but not essential.
• Understanding of construction contracts (i.e. NEC) preferable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of airfield civil engineering projects.
• Manage and coordinate design teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage design risks.
