Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL in RAF Leeming, United Kingdom, is seeking a Mechanical Technician to perform detailed maintenance on aircraft or components in a base maintenance setting. Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance on aircraft or aircraft components.
• Ability to follow approved data, maintenance instructions and MOE.
• Capable of analysing faults, following diagnostics and guiding less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and complete maintenance and diagnostic activities on aircraft systems/components including ground handling, flight servicing, role changes and component removals.
• Maintain personal task authorisations for working on aircraft or components.
• Ensure maintenance is performed to schedule, resolve issues, and escalate as required.
