Job summary

MPI Limited is expanding its team to support RAF Brize Norton C-17 aircraft maintenance. You will perform metal rectification, damage assessment, frame skin replacements, and related structural tasks in hangar and on the line, including work at height and in confined spaces.

The role requires experience in sheet metal rectification and a recognised engineering qualification. On-site work at RAF Brize Norton with a permanent position and salary depending on responsibilities and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with sheet metal rectification for aircraft structures.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
• Ability to document work and maintain maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Operate workshop machines and hand tools for airframe structural work and metal repair.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, technical manuals and work instructions.
• Use IT software to access technical information and maintenance records.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Ensure repairs and rectification tasks are correctly certified and records are complete.
