Job summary

DCS Engineering in Luton is seeking an experienced Unlicensed Aircraft Mechanic to join a busy corporate aviation engineering team. You will perform maintenance on business jets in a Part 145 environment, supporting both line and base operations while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have 3–5 years' aircraft maintenance experience, with a focus on corporate aircraft and Bombardier types.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Experience on business jets/corporate aircraft essential.
• Bombardier experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with aircraft maintenance tasks in line with approvals and experience.
• Support both line and base maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved data and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and records.
• Assist with maintenance planning and scheduled inputs.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
• Provide professional communication and support to customers and flight crew.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the hangar.
• Assist with audits, tool control, and calibration requirements.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and support team development.
