Arden White is currently working in partnership with a leading aviation solutions provider based near Brize Norton. We are actively seeking Aircraft Fitters to join our client’s skilled maintenance team.

Location: Near RAF Brize Norton

Job Type: Permanent / Contract

Role Overview:

As an Aircraft Fitter, you will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance tasks on aircraft in accordance with technical documentation, regulatory standards, and company procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a highly respected organisation within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the hangar foreman or management team.
• Transport heavy tools, equipment, and aircraft parts around the facility (forklift training can be provided).
• Conduct cleaning and preparation of aircraft.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Store tools and equipment appropriately and report any damage or hazards through the correct channels.
• Undertake additional duties or responsibilities as required by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on aircraft, OR
• Completion of a recognised aircraft maintenance apprenticeship with at least 1 year’s experience, plus 12 months of service.
• Ability to follow maintenance documentation and company procedures accurately.
• A proactive attitude towards safety and team collaboration.
