About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our client’s team at Cranfield. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all maintenance tasks according to technical data, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
  2. Complete tasks efficiently, meeting customer expectations, deadlines, and budget targets.
  3. Correctly label and store removed aircraft components following company procedures.
  4. Accurately complete all aircraft work order paperwork and task cards.
  5. Follow the company Health & Safety policy and maintain safe working practices.
  6. Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).
  7. Maintain current regulatory and company training certifications.
  8. Comply with company procedures and the tool control policy.
Requirements:
  1. Recognised Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent apprenticeship completed.
  2. High level of computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple demands in a busy environment.
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
