Babcock is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor at RAF Valley, Anglesey. You will lead maintenance activities, provide technical expertise, and ensure safe, efficient work aligned with airworthiness requirements.
The role is based on-site at RAF Valley, 36 hours per week with an early shift pattern (Mon-Thu 06:00–13:45; Fri 06:00–13:15). You’ll support flight programs, supervise teams, and uphold safety standards.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be a key member of our aviation team, leading and supervising aircraft maintenance activities in a fast-paced operational environment. You'll provide technical expertise, oversee maintenance delivery, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with airworthiness requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aviation professional to take on a position of authority within the organisation. You'll be responsible for supporting operational flying programmes, supervising maintenance teams, diagnosing complex aircraft faults, and ensuring the highest standards of flight safety and aircraft availability.

This role is based on site at RAF Valley working 36 hours per week, operating an early shift pattern. Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 13:45 and Friday 06:00 to 13:15.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
