Job Description:

We're hiring an Aviation Asset Management Analyst to join a global financial institution supporting high-value aircraft finance transactions.

This is a specialist role where you'll play a key part in building and managing Fly Forward models — critical tools used to assess the long-term maintenance condition and value of commercial aircraft and engines.

Key Duties:

  • Develop, refine, and maintain Fly Forward models as a core part of transaction analysis.
  • Support asset management activities across the full lifecycle of aviation finance deals.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on technical asset matters.
  • Help define and improve best practices and internal processes within a growing asset team.
  • Represent the asset function in meetings, presentations, and industry forums.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in aviation, or asset finance — ideally involving modelling or technical assessment.
  • Proven ability to work with detailed data sets; advanced Excel essential (experience with tools like Aerlytix a plus).
  • Comfort interpreting lease agreements and technical aircraft data.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

This role offers the chance to grow within a specialist team at the forefront of aviation finance, where your expertise in Fly Forward modelling will make a real impact.

Based in London with flexible working options.
