Job summary

MPI Limited is seeking Aircraft Structural Fitters CAT A for on-site work in Gosport, Hampshire. Successful candidates will have completed an Aircraft Apprenticeship and possess required certifications. With ongoing contract needs, applicants with structural experience, especially on Chinooks, are preferred. Basic hours are set, but overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Valid Human Factors/EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety certificates required.
• Basic security clearance necessary for the role.

Responsibilities

• Work on site in Gosport, Hampshire as an Aircraft Structural Fitter.
• Preferably have structural Chinook experience but other helicopter experience may be considered.

Job description

MPI have a requirement for Aircraft Structural Fitters CAT A to work on site in Gosport, Hampshire.

Applicants must have served an Aircraft Apprenticeship and have copies of their papers.

Our Client is looking for applicants who preferably have structural Chinook experience however may consider other helicopter as long as have structures experience.

The contract is ongoing as per customer requirements and is deemed out of scope of IR35.

Basic hours 37 per week. Our Client has advised that there is 50 hours (including weekends) available with overtime but not guaranteed.

The rate of pay will be discussed on application.

Applicants will require valid Human Factors/EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety certificates if selected for the role. Basic security clearance is also required for the role.
