Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking an Engineering Configuration Support on a 12-month contract, based in Filton or Broughton. You will work within the Digital Wing to support Product Definition and Configuration Management across Wing programmes, ensuring laser-focused integration through lifecycle stages.

Industry knowledge in aeronautics and strong stakeholder management are essential, with opportunities to cross-train in DMU and digitalisation activities.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Aeronautical degree preferred or equivalent
• Excellent stakeholder management and a strong professional network
• Clear, confident communication with executives
• Toolset knowledge is advantageous: Google Workspace, Gemini

Responsibilities

• Manage workload capacity/priorities to avoid risk to Aircraft delivery
• Coordinate Engineering Change Process deliverables with stakeholders
• Schedule SB dispatch dates for In Service Modifications
• Oversee Engineering Change activities across the aircraft lifecycle
• Support Multi Functional Team to apply processes and methods
• Champion best practice and lessons learnt within the community
• Cross-train with DMU team and Digital Wing activities
