Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking staff at IND Airport for cabin cleaning and related duties. You will prepare and use cleaning solvents, vacuum, sweep, dust, and disinfect cabin areas, while following safety and security policies to protect aircraft and passengers.

The role requires 18+ years, valid US driver’s license, ability to pass pre-employment testing, and the stamina to lift 70 lbs. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd, outdoors in all weather, with uniform and conduct expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and a physical.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Must obtain and maintain required airport badges/seals.
• Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in cabin cleaning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove blankets and pillows, replace with clean ones.
• Store cleaning solvents properly after use.
• Ensure equipment and protective clothing are in good condition.
• Maintain safe work environment per health, safety and security policies.
• Conduct security checks of aircraft interiors and exterior areas.
• Provide ramp guard services to ensure only authorized personnel service aircraft.
• Adhere to uniform guidelines and code of conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
