  • Develop key skills that are increasingly rare and vital within the industry.
  • Gain a high level of exposure across all functions of the business, providing a broad knowledge of business and engineering support activities.
  • Learn how to develop support solutions for equipment and complex systems, how to develop technical and complex proposals and plans, and how to perform supporting analyses.
  • Understand customer requirements and contracts, and apply technical expertise to influence these and other functions.
  • The development pathway includes a minimum of one rotational placement to support growth into the position of Support Solutions Architect.
What we are looking for
  • A degree level or equivalent in a relevant field of study (engineering).
  • Recently graduated or first professional experience in engineering or business; where business-based, must also have competence or interest in engineering and/or technical subjects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
  • The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
