Job Description

In your new role as a Cleaner Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, while following Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively. The role requires teamwork, initiative, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, providing excellent service and seeking continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have good communication skills. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. A flexible approach, honesty, self-drive, reliability, and professionalism are important qualities.

Vetting Requirements

Please Note: To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Passport or Driving Licence and/or Right to Work documentation (e.g., residence permit). If your visa has less than 6 weeks remaining, bring proof of your visa application.
• Proof of current address (dated within the past 3 months).
• Marriage certificate or deed poll if your name has changed.
• Work history for the last 5 years, including referees if available.
• Proof of National Insurance details.
• A DBS check will be required.

Once eligibility is confirmed, you will be invited for a security interview, reference checks, a GSAT airport security certificate, and a pass for working at the airport.
