We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Air Traffic Services Manager to lead our client’s transformation into a dual-service environment, delivering ATC during the day and developing FIS capability by night. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time as our client positions themselves at the forefront of both manned and unmanned aviation.

You don’t need to be an active controller — but you must be a leader. You’ll shape operational standards, mentor a high-performing team, and help implement innovative ways of working, including the safe integration of UAS and support for future airspace models.
