Job description

Our client is a UK leading provider of testing, consulting and assessment services to the construction, renovation and development industry. Due to increased workload, they are urgently seeking an Air Tightness and Sound Tester to join their team in South East England.


Requirements
  1. Relevant Air Tightness qualification
  2. Working knowledge of test regulations and guidelines
  3. Commercial awareness of Building Regulation and Construction Industry
  4. High numeracy skills
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of IT software packages
  7. Driving license

Duties
  1. Transporting equipment between the laboratory and test site
  2. Liaising with on-site contacts
  3. Planning and designing test methodologies
  4. Setting up test equipment
  5. Collating and analysing data during testing
  6. Writing reports
  7. Providing remedial guidance when tests fail
