Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a sales-driven Air Specialist in the UK to translate enquiries into bookings and deliver exceptional customer service. You will build lasting relationships with customers, work with preferred suppliers, and develop expertise across airfares, premium cabins, and destination knowledge.

You will focus on maximizing conversion, managing multiple bookings, and contributing to team goals while adapting to evolving processes and delivering high-quality travel

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing customer travel requirements from enquiry through to booking.
• Maximise quote-to-booking conversion rates through proactive sales and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain a loyal portfolio of repeat customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Utilise preferred products and suppliers to create tailored travel solutions.
• Develop expertise in airfares, complex air bookings, premium cabin travel, group travel, and destination knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer value.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure invoicing and booking documentation are completed correctly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Consistently work towards KPI targets and sales goals.
• Adapt to changing business needs and embrace new processes and ways of working.
• Build strong professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
