• Based in Trafford Park. Office of approx. 35 staff with a further 30+ in Aberdeen/Heathrow.
• Actively expanding within Air, Sea, Road, Courier.
• Currently hiring for our General Cargo Sea/Air/Courier Division

Job Requirements

• This is a newly created role to support increasing demands for our services across new and existing clients.
• The role exists to secure the best possible buying conditions, ensuring alignment between client and company objectives by matching service/rate levels to new and existing business.
• The role sits between operations and clients and is responsible for Pricing/Procurement of Air and Sea enquiries, ensuring swift and accurate turnaround to increase our business conversion rate.
• The core function of the role is to facilitate enquiries, maximize profitability and ensure operations utilize the best possible supplier network.
• The role/candidate will have significant impact on the business with a great degree of autonomy.
• The right candidate must have operational experience in air/sea (import/export/cross trade) and actively working with pricing/procurement of these products.

Benefits Package

• Salary up to 40,000 DOE
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension scheme which is being increased to 8% employer match over next 2 years. (current 5%)
• Working hours M-F 9-5 - Hybrid working 2 days a week possible after probation on agreement with line manager
