The Opportunity

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Air Quality & Climate Consultant due to an increasing climate-focused pipeline. This role involves supporting growth in the air quality and climate sectors, working on large-scale projects, and mentoring junior staff. The position offers flexibility with hybrid options across various UK locations.

The Role

You will support the delivery of environmental projects, contribute to technical reports, and assist in business development. Responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting air quality assessments, supporting climate risk assessments, and mentoring colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing reports, designs, and calculations.
• Conducting air quality assessments following relevant guidance.
• Supporting climate risk assessments and developing adaptation plans.
• Assisting in bid writing and business development.
• Mentoring junior staff and promoting health and safety.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in science or engineering; further relevant qualifications preferred.
• Membership or progression towards IAQM and/or IEMA.
• Knowledge of UK and European environmental legislation.
• Experience with air quality modeling and GIS tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
