Job description

Executive support to the Health Directorate/Chief Medical Officers Team managing RAF Medical Officer under Training and Medical Cadets on the Cadetships Scheme.

Executive and administrative support to the Chief Medical Officers team incorporating workstrands associated with Senior Consultants/Consultant Advisors.

Executive and administrative support to the Chief Medical Officers team in relation to Medical Legal matters.

Management of the Travel and Subsistence for the circa 140 Medical Officers on the training margin and Cadetship scheme, ensuring robust processes are in place that are compliant with policy.

Provision of administrative support to the RAF Medical Cadets throughout cadetship scheme.

Assistance with the planning, organisation and delivery of key events for the Medical Cadet Cadre including but not exclusive to: Attestation, Medical Cadet Symposium, Deanery Events and Pastoral visits.

Executive support to the Chief Medical Officer and the Revalidation and Appraisal team undertaking administrative tasks as directed by the team.

Collaborate with the Health Directorate Executive Information Manager to maintain and develop the Directorate’s Information Management processes and systems, including management of data protection regulations. Roles will include Information Manager, Authorised Demander, Local Security Officer, and Super User within the AOR.

Administrative and Executive support to the other Directorate pillars as required.
