Your Role

The Operational Care Specialist will be part of a team within the Operational Care Centre (OCC) responsible for coordinating transport activities by:

  • Executing bookings with partners and gateways
  • Performing data entry for transport document generation
  • Generating necessary documentation
  • Liaising with customer care specialists to meet specific requirements (Transit Times, Carrier selection, Routings, etc.)
  • Managing customer shipment coordination by securing buy rates and capacity with qualified carriers/partners or via KN gateways

All activities must comply with air transport rules, regulations, and national protocols, executed via KN operational systems.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer deliverables with care teams, partners, and suppliers for cargo transportation
  • Manage operational tasks using Business Process Automation tools (BPA)
  • Review and ensure shipping instructions comply with regulations, export standards, and routing information
  • Report issues or disputes to supervisors or managers
  • Monitor carrier and vendor performance, escalate issues as needed
  • Resolve rate or performance discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care on account implementation for smooth transitions
