Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Import Air Freight Co-Ordinator to manage and coordinate the movement of goods arriving by air freight.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate import customs clearance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
2. Manage customer interactions, quotations, bookings, customs documentation, final mile deliveries, and invoicing.
3. Maintain high service levels for all customers and proactively resolve queries.
4. Develop and refine procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Ensure excellent proficiency in CDS.
6. Display strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
7. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Willingness to collaborate and contribute across different areas of the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000.00 - £37,000.00 per year
