Air Import Clerk

NEW JUST IN! We are recruiting for a medium-sized forwarder that handles niche contracts and high-profile customers. They are seeking someone with strong air import experience who can manage imports from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

1. Completing customs entries using systems such as CDS, Sequoia, and Sigma
2. Invoicing and billing
3. Updating customers
4. Light warehouse work if required (not often)
5. Arranging for deliveries once goods are received in the warehouse, coordinating with drivers to deliver directly to clients

This role is ideal for someone with extensive import experience, who enjoys managing shipments and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate should work well in small teams and possess a mature attitude.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
