Job Title: Multi Task Operator (Storekeeper)
Location: Waterloo Station Area
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Multi Task Operator (Storekeeper) to join our team at a customer site located near Waterloo Station, London. This hands-on role will focus on managing stock operations, ensuring excellent customer support, and maintaining efficient warehouse and storage processes.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out goods receipting and picking of warehouse-managed stock

Accurately check and record serial numbers on inbound customer goods

Validate quantity and part numbers for all incoming and outgoing items

Inspect items for any damage on receipt and prior to dispatch

Ensure secure and appropriate packaging for forwarding to suppliers and customers

Maintain effective stores operations, including picking, kitting, and dispatch processes

Manage both onsite and offsite storage systems and procedures

Support in-service customer repair and replacement needs with professionalism and care

Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store facilities

Operate in compliance with company Health & Safety policies and objectives

Use Oracle, Jira, or similar systems for stock and task management (experience preferred)

Perform any other duties as reasonably requested by management

Requirements

Experience in a warehouse or stock control environment

Familiarity with inventory and workflow systems such as Oracle, Jira, or similar (preferred)

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Ability to deliver customer excellence in a fast-paced support setting

Good communication skills and team-player attitude

Commitment to health and safety practices in the workplace
