Air Freight Forwarder - Heathrow Area

We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Forwarder for a growing freight forwarding company located in the Heathrow area. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all air freight jobs are completed accurately and promptly.
2. Complete customs declaration tasks correctly and efficiently.
3. Utilize operational systems consistently and accurately.
4. Liaise with HMRC and maintain customs procedures.
5. Perform all standard duties of an Air Freight Forwarder.

Requirements

• Experience as an Air Freight Forwarder, with a background in air freight operations.
• Ability to complete import/export customs entries from start to finish.
• Knowledge of export multimodal business and air exports.
• Basic understanding of INCOTERMS.
• Experience in quoting shipments and applying agreed rates.
