AIRFREIGHT COORDINATOR
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Broughton Astley, Leicester
Hours: Full time permanent position - 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Air Freight Coordinator to join their growing logistics team based in Broughton Astley, Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced freight professional to play a key role in coordinating air freight exports and cross trade shipments from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling airfreight bookings
  • Receive bookings, quote if necessary within customer's needs
  • Booking collections
  • Arranging airfreight or courier transport and documentation
  • Preparing Customs Declarations
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Completing accounting functions
  • Supporting the operations process
  • Resolving or reporting issues as required
  • Completing all other necessary administration
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance at all times
