Air Freight Export Coordinator

Our client is seeking to recruit a new team member for the Heathrow office to work in the export department, reporting to the export manager. The role involves handling Air and Road freight exports, including AOG and time-sensitive shipments.

Responsibilities
  1. Process export shipments via Air and Road according to customer requests (telephone and email).
  2. Compile export documentation: HAWBs, MAWBs, customs formalities, post-flight procedures, security procedures, shipment routing, airline liaison, transport requests, and reporting, including Crosstrade movements.

Requirements
