A leading freight forwarder is seeking an Air Export Clerk with at least 2 years of experience to manage start-to-finish air export operations. The successful candidate will liaise with customers, provide quotes, and handle bookings with airlines, benefiting from a supportive training environment. We are working with a medium Freight Forwarder who are looking to recruit an Air Export Clerk.
Our client is looking for either someone with 2 + years experience with Air Exports, and if they have Ocean and Road will be advantage but will train.
Role
· 2 + years Air Export experience
· Start to Finish
· Liaising with Customers and Overseas offices partners.
· Providing Quotes
· Booking with the Airlines.
· Arranging collections and deliveries.
· Customs Entries using ASM Sequoia
· AWBs using inhouse system
· Invoicing.
Good telephone manner, motivated,
Car Driver preferred.
Salary depends on experience and level.
