Air Export AOG/CLS Agent - 4/4 shift 0700-1900

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing urgent and high-pressure shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Identifying and resolving service disruptions proactively, keeping customers informed and offering alternatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers such as airlines and trucking companies.
• Evaluating vendors periodically and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and external regulations.
• Assessing and improving departmental processes for greater efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Receiving, preparing, and routing shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
• Monitoring shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Developing expertise in Road Freight and Imports.
