What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Operations Manager for TCAA, you will be based mainly at Coventry Airport, with occasional travel to other sites. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a salary of approximately £35,000.
The Air Desk Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the Air Desk team, support and supervise team members, develop the team, and deputise for the Operations Manager when needed. Responsibilities include conducting audits, reviewing incidents, managing rotas, and providing administrative support.
