They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Service and Maintenance Engineer to join their highly skilled team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and technical excellence.

Salary: £40,000-£48,000 DOE

The duties and responsibilities of the Service and Maintenance Engineer:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance including filter cleaning, refrigerant checks, and electrical inspections.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose faults within air conditioning systems quickly and effectively.
* Conduct repairs or part replacements on compressors, motors, thermostats, and more.
* Test systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety after each service.
* Keep detailed and accurate service reports, communicating clearly with clients and supervisors.

The ideal Service and Maintenance Engineer will have:
* A strong technical foundation in HVAC systems and refrigeration practices
* Valid F-Gas certification and NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* The ability to pass DBS and/or Police and MoD background checks
* Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* A meticulous approach to safety, compliance, and system performance
* Clear communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
* The ability to manage time independently and work proactively
