Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is working with a London-based HVAC contractor to recruit an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer. The role is mobile across London, with a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and a travel-inclusive pattern.

You will work across VRV/VRF, Split, FCU & AHU systems, perform maintenance on CCU, CRAC and DX equipment, and occasionally support on-site. This role suits a junior engineer seeking progression or a senior engineer seeking a maintenance-only

Qualifications

• Proven experience of attending commercial sites, working across service, PPM, fault finding and repair.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in air conditioning
• Able to work across London & Home counties
• Full Driving Licence
• F- Gas Cat 1

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks on air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Occasionally support on-site during busy periods.
• Travel across London to service client sites.

Position: Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mobile across London
Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience

Our client is a HVAC Principal Contractor in London with over 20 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they are seeking a Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join their ever-expanding HVAC Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across VRV, VRF, Split, Multi Split, FCU & AHUs. The role will also include critical cooling such as CCU, CRAC & DX systems.

The Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will be expected to complete various maintenance tasks and will occasionally support on-site.

This role would be ideal for a junior candidate seeking progression or a senior engineer who is seeking a maintenance-only role.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience of attending commercial sites, working across service, PPM, fault finding and repair.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in air conditioning
• Able to work across London & Home counties

Salary & Benefits

• £35-45k based on experience
• Overtime paid 1.5 & 2x
• Based on 10 hour including site and travel time
