Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking an Air Conditioning Improver to join a Cambridgeshire-based HVAC contractor. You will support experienced engineers with the installation of commercial air conditioning systems and gain hands-on experience in a growing team.

The role offers ongoing training and clear progression into an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday, a company vehicle and pension. Salary ranges from £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in air conditioning installation.
• Ability to read or develop understanding of technical drawings.
• Reliable with good time management.
• HVAC, construction or mechanical experience advantageous.
• CSCS/IPAF/PASMA or relevant qualifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of commercial air conditioning systems under supervision.
• Develop technical knowledge and practical skills on installation projects.
• Progression towards becoming an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer.
