Job summary

Smart Search Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced air conditioning technician in the London area. The role involves installation, commissioning and servicing VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems across commercial setups.

You will work independently, yet collaborate with apprentices or the wider team as required. Candidates should have proven fault-finding skills, be professional and customer-focused, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in air conditioning installation.
• Competent with VRV/VRF systems.
• Experience with split and multi-split systems.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good fault-finding and technical ability.
• Professional and customer-focused.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ideally based within 25–30 miles of Central London.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service a range of air conditioning systems.
• Work with VRV/VRF, split and multi-split equipment.
• Collaborate with a team or apprentice as needed.
• Maintain high standards of fault-finding and technical accuracy.
