Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to service, maintain and fault-fix HVAC systems across commercial sites in Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas. You'll work on VRV/VRF, split and AHU systems, performing PPM and reactive callouts with a focus on quality and compliance.

Based in Buckingham, the role offers a permanent position with a local patch, competitive £46-47k salary, paid travel time, a company van with fuel card, pension and mobile phone.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within commercial air conditioning.
• Strong fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on VRV, VRF, Split, Multi-Split and AHU systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Reactive fault finding and diagnosis.
• Compressor replacements.
• System repairs and breakdown attendance.
• Working across a variety of commercial client sites.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
