Job summary

Southern Maintenance Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will service, maintain and fault-find on a range of HVAC systems across domestic, commercial, education and public sector sites within a 40-mile radius of our Aldermaston office.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, an on-call rota, and a profit-related bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven AC service experience with strong fault-finding ability.
• HVAC knowledge.
• Valid, full UK driving licence.
• Professional attitude and pride in workmanship.
• 20 Days holidays + bank holidays.
• 1 extra day holiday per year of service (upto 5 years).

Southern Maintenance Solutions Ltd are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving technical problems, and want a stable Monday–Friday role with no call-outs — this could be the move for you.

You’ll work across domestic, commercial, education, retail, medical and public sector sites within a 40-mile radius of our Aldermaston office. Every day brings variety, but without long-distance travel or overnight stays.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Area of work – M4 Corridor and surrounding areas

On call rota
