Senior Air Conditioning Engineer - NW London - £65,000 + Bonus + Package
All candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
All applicants must have F-Gas certification.
All applicants must have an excellent working knowledge of small, medium, and large air conditioning plant and associated systems.
Basic Salary: £65,000 + Annual Bonus @ 10%, etc.

This position would suit either a Days A/C Maintenance Engineer – Senior Air Conditioning Engineer or Mobile Air Conditioning Senior Engineer / Supervisor, or someone working directly for a specialist air conditioning sub-contractor who is looking to get off the road and work within this state-of-the-art mission-critical Data Centre organization and facilities. You will need to be an experienced HVAC, Building Services Air Conditioning Specialist.
Maintenance and Operations sector with all-around HVAC maintenance experience, proactive and methodical in approach. Previous experience of carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning units (CRAC), split A/C, HVAC plants, chillers, cold containment aisles, cooling towers, annual inspections and services, water leak detection systems, single and 3-phase power and distribution, BMS monitoring, pumps, motors, valves, fire alarm systems, and general electrical and mechanical systems—mainly focusing on these areas.
This Senior Engineer will need to be keen, a good cultural fit with the existing team, technically oriented with an appetite to learn more, with good hands-on maintenance experience. You should have a minimum of City & Guilds qualifications or an apprenticeship. Previous critical environment experience is advantageous but not essential. You should be able to work well within a team or independently with minimal supervision and capable of liaising and taking ownership of all things air conditioning.
