Company Overview We are a reputable and growing mechanical services company based in Hampshire, currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team. Our company is committed to delivering high-quality installation, service, and maintenance solutions across a wide range of commercial and industrial sites.

Role Overview As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties including servicing, maintenance, breakdown response, and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The role is mobile, covering various sites across Portsmouth and the wider Hampshire area, with occasional visits to company offices as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service and planned maintenance on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  
  
• Respond to and resolve breakdowns and emergency callouts
  
  
• Carry out installations and commissioning of air conditioning and refrigeration units
  
  
• Complete job reports and documentation in line with company procedures
  
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  
  
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  
  

Requirements Essential:

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  
  
• FGAS Category 1 certification
  
  
• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  
  
• Installation experience with a variety of A/C and refrigeration equipment
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
  
  
• Based within a commutable distance to Portsmouth or the wider Hampshire area
  
  

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications
  
  
• Knowledge of additional mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, chillers, etc.)
