Job description

Air Conditioning Service Engineer required for our client who are a successful HVAC Contractor based in Hertfordshire, who operate throughout London and the home counties. They are now looking for a number of Air Conditioning Engineers to join their growing team due to expansion and an increase of contracts.

The air conditioning engineer would ideally have a proven track record with servicing, fault finding and repairing air conditioning systems, namely VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms.

The Air Conditioning Engineer will be required to cover a patch, depending on where they're based, generally within an hour or so of their home postcode, in or around the London area. The engineer will be carrying out service and repairs within commercial sites that range from Hotels to schools, universities, offices and local authority buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out service and repairs on air conditioning systems.
• Work within commercial sites including hotels, schools, universities, offices, and local authority buildings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (Not Essential)
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
• Full Driving Licence
• Experienced with service and maintenance
• Based in London, or within commutable distance of London.

Salary - £40,000 - £46,000 depending on experience.
Door to Door travel pay.
Company Van.
1-7 call out rota (this will increase to a 1-8 once another engineer joins the team).
22 days holiday + bank holiday.
